Florida is a leader, near the top of all states with the least amount of cases... Florida is promoting freedom and individual responsibility.

South Dakota ( red state ) has never had any mandates to speak of... they embraced liberty over fear from the very beginning... they are number one tourism in the nation right now... no issues with coronavirus to speak of... because if they did... you know damn well the communist, democrat supporting media would be running front page stories making everything sound 100 times worse... but they can't.

That's why some people are whispering DeSantis / Noem 2024. :secret:

I'm in PA which has a Republican House and Senate, and a Democrat Governor.
He's another petty dictator like Whitmer, and the cowards we have in our State House won't stand up to him.
We need to vote them out, ALL OF THEM, and start over.

Obviously, you have never been to South East Asia. Northeast Australia, Sumatra, the Philippines
or any of the other equatorial tropical paradises.

Yes! Nor will I ever go to those humid, bug infested places. I can't even stand Florida.

I used to live in both Florida and Texas. You can keep them.

Is Florida really worse than the Houston area?

I've only been to Florida in March and October. It was very nice both those times.

I wouldn't bother. Crylers are generally considered a nuisance and are known to be of little value. There's very little meat on their bones, they have a pungent aroma, and in the end, they're just an all around disappointment.   :smoke:

Crylers are an invasive species that need to be eradicated. The local Jackalope population has changed it's migratory patterns thanks to that stench.

I lived in a small oil camp in the middle of the Sumatran jungle as a small boy
350 to 400 inches of rain a years. It was an amazing place but very dangerous
and unbelievably hot.

I had a funny thought the other day about people that grow up in hot vs cold climates.  Here in Brisbane it's cooling down coming into winter.  Us Brisbanites see a forecast for a 20C day and immediately wonder how many layers we can wear without looking ridiculous.  On the other hand there are a ton of people that see a 20C day as an opportunity to take advantage of the warmth and go tanning.

While the northern third of OZ is above the Tropic of Capricorn, the southern states actually have a ski season believe it or not.  I saw snow once, you can keep it.

Cheers
Bruce
