If President Trump were somehow able to prove election fraud in the 2020 election and the he was actually elected, how would that affect his current administration? Would it then be illegal since a president cannot be elected for a third term?

This was just something that floated through my increasingly untethered thought process.

I would say that because he was never sworn into office he didn't officially have two terms.
