Fixed.  And that was probably on the Sunday of a three-day weekend!
Or you are talking about the first seventeen years of your life - didn't need mastercam for a paper route!
Either that or you've just outed yourself as not a mastercam user.

I'm talking about the fact that it has been at least 17 years since I last used Mastercam. That was with the original X.

But then you got to deal with all the bugs and instability and not-read-for-primetime features!

Not for that long, as I recall. We went to Catia V5.

I open it once in awhile to run a laser or check an old program and most of my parts open with 0kb toolpaths and if I don't have a Mill 3 license I can't regenerate them to backlot. Fun!

The last time I opened MC was, maybe 14 or 15 months ago. I had to extract some geometry to remodel a part.

The last version I used was 2019.

We have Cam Assist and to be honest I haven't played with it that much. the parts that I did use it for, hasn't really helped, there again it could be due to my lack of playing with it. The examples they use are not that complex and the part I sent them when evaluating, they only came to about 60% complete. The powers that be wanted it here for our up and coming engineer  ;)

But Titan said if you are already using it, you are behind.

I have not used Mastercam for about 8-9 years. Actually I haven't programmed a part for CNC machine in over a year.
