Helped cook 2970 of these pork chops on Saturday for a fundraiser. I will now take a week off from grilling.

Didn't get a picture while it was on the Blackstone. Broccoli, Asparagus, Cauliflower, Onion, and Chickpeas grilled to a nice char. Served with a savory Tamari sauce and topped with pickled red chili peppers.
