I don't think so. As far as I know, only one person (not related to spam) has ever been banned and that was a 30 day temp ban.
I'll go back to being a conservative, when conservatives go back to being conservative.

Thankfully we can all agree that making better food consumption choices is of great benefit and it would be in all of our best interests to do so.  :thumbsup:

I am down 12 lbs in 2-1/2 weeks of doing keto.
Weight loss wasn't even a goal. Although it is welcome.
Had 2 Wendy's baconators with "lettuce as the bun"
8g carbs. Vs 36 with bread.

While I'm not doing full blown Keto, I am Carb restricted....under 60 Net carbs per day...

That said, if you start jones'ing for a burger on a bun....check out

I've been eating their bread & rolls for sometime now...

When I started to look into diet and in general improving my health/life, Keto was one that came up. It was studies like these that changed my mind about keto. My take is; short term keto can be a great way to lose weight and reverse a poor health trajectory. Long term there are increasing risks the longer you eat that way.

Your body adjusts over time. When I started eating more plant based it was rough at first. Now I have normalized and am not really any different than I was before. However, if you ask my wife she may tell you it has been and still is not good...... :sick:

Speaking of farts, have you any experience with Jerusalem artichokes, AKA sunchokes, AKA fartichokes. I have some growing in a planter but I haven't tried them yet.

Anybody that's ever been anywhere near a dairy farm knows plant based diets yield flatulence. So much so that our BRILLIANT former Governor, Jerry Brown proposed putting back packs on cows to capture the flatulence. However settled on legislating cow flatulence. And lest anyone question the veracity of my statement;

I can't do artichokes. Not for any medical reason though. When I was in my early twenties I went to Applebee's with some friends. We sat at the bar and had appetizers and way too much to drink. I barely made it the 1 mile drive back to my apartment (I wasn't driving) and then proceed to throw up an entire spinach and artichoke heart appetizer in the parking lot. Twenty some years late the smell of cooked artichoke hearts makes me gag.  :sick:

Jerusalem artichokes are no relation to artichokes. They are a tuber, the taste is supposed to be close to a potato. The chief reason to use them would be that they have a non-digestible sugar and are not going to spike a diabetic's blood sugar. That is also the reason that they cause gas.

I did not know that. I will have to look into them.
