I could go like this. Um, police I see these Iraqi-looking guys (or Russian) going in and out of this place at strange hours and there is all kinds of noise at odd hours. I think they may be making a bomb.

I would also recommend moving asap.
Those home meth labs are a disaster waiting to happen.

In the meantime, find out if there is a Crime Stoppers number for your part of the country.
You can call and anonymously report any kind of suspected criminal activity, then Crime Stoppers makes the report to the applicable law enforcement agency as an anonymous tip.

I know someone who actually did that in a very similar circumstance.
The meth lab in their neighborhood was busted, people were arrested, and the original caller's name was never revealed.

Many meth labs are busted when the fire department shows up to smoking ruins and burnt corpses buried in the rubble.
The small bathtub labs like the one in Incog's palce don't usually take down whole building, but the building may wind up condemned as a hazardous waste site.
One way or another, Incog while be moving. He may as well be smart about it and leave under his terms rather than fleeing a burning building or coming form from work to find his building as been condemned.

mayday

I'm assuming you rent?
this is a landlord issue if you can trust them, but I would start with the state police, not local. break your lease and get out then make the calls

sorry to hear , that's some bad news all around .
got to find a way to move out now , or at least stay with some friends for a while till you find a place .
the sooner the better , the meth zombies have no feelings about taking and or hurting others.
just a matter of time till they get to you some how , when she said she was locked out she was probably scoping your place to see if there was anything  worth robing / easy to hawk or trade.
unfortunately I have had my share of meth encounters , friends and family , they turn into criminal thieves and takers
they will bleed their own mothers dry and move on to the next victim .

Calling the cops will do nothing. Unless they are moving serious volume, it's just catch and release. And once released, if they suspect you called the cops, they won't be happy.

Leave. Like yesterday.

You still there? Seriously. GTFO.

my business partner in the early 80's had a druggie son.. meth/crack/coke
in the 25 years I knew him he never once managed to stay out of prison for a year.
His father let him "work" at our shop off and on for about 10 years and during that time
every tool I owned wound up in a pawn shop
He caught his mother pouring his dope down the toilet one night and she cracked her skull
on the toilet during the struggle. She was never really the same after that.
At one time both me and his younger brother had arrest warrants out because he had given our names
during police confrontations.
The more his parents tried to help him the deeper in the hole he fell.
I sold out and moved on in the early 20's and have lost track of the family.
I have no idea if he's alive or dead.  don't know, don't care ... I spent a decade trying
to he help him, but I may as well have been shouting at clouds.

^^^This^^^

The place I was talking about was a half-duplex not far from where I live.
Once the meth dealers got set up there, crime started to increase across the board in the whole neighborhood.
Cars and homes being broken into and robbed became commonplace in a neighborhood that was safe and quiet up to that point.

You are 100% correct.
Drug addiction is a selfish lifestyle where people will do whatever is necessary to get high, with ZERO concern for hurting others or getting caught.

Quote from: gcode on April 20, 2022, 06:26 AMPeople that deep into the meth life cannot be helped.
They have to make the decision to live a different life, then you MAY be able to help.
Very few reach that point... most die young.
The ones who have the best chance of escaping that life are women with young children.
Some find the will to drag themselves out of that life for the sake of their children.

I guess I should rephrase my statement.  I was talking about gettin the meth cooks locked up so they couldn't ruin other lives like children that may be around or the meth they're slingin'
No way in fuckin hell would I just turn a blind eye to something that I *possibly* may could help, just by the addage See Something, Say something

getting tweakers locked up does do some good.
It does not help the tweaker, but it does help the people around him by keeping him away from them.
The only time my partner and his wife had any peace was when he was in prison, because he was safer
in prison than on the street and he wasn't around to rip them off and smash his mother's head into a toilet.

She has a 10 year old Kid. (Great Kid) he would come down and jack with me and call me Norman. (better than Eggnog and much more grown up ;D )

His name is Malaki and I called him MaLeeky.

Blessfully I have not seen him in the last few months.

As yet I can't prove they are cookin'. I know they are using.

The cookin' is just an assumption as neither work and corwin and his 2 biker gang friends are visiting with back packs.

Plus the fans in the window. and the hammerin'

I have 24/7 security (Darla) and Cameras. And they know it.

And yes I was on the phone with the owner yesterday.

I made it clear I would be in the hotel tomorrow and he would be buying.

as of 9 P.M. yesterday they are either crashing or dead. Not a footstep or a sound.

Thank you to everyone (except the fish) for your input and advise. I will update this weekend or be in a very nice Hotel with a Spa. Win Win !!! 8)
