😛😛😛😛

She usually does.

I am a lousy bowler. As long as I break 100, it's a good game. I blame it on my gorilla thumbs. Nearly impossible to find a ball I can use comfortably. I did manage a 158, which may be a personal best for me.

The wife does everything wrong. People tend to chuckle the first time they see her bowl. She kinda just walks up to the line, stops, and chucks a kid's sized ball at an unbelievably low velocity. But she is always between 120-150.

Quote from: ghuns on March 28, 2022, 04:20 AMDid another bowling night on Friday. My peeps have come to expect BBQing greatness from me but I get bored making the same things over and over.

It makes for a good excuse when they bowl badly. "Uh, gee it must be the grease on my fingers. Ball just slipped out of my hand.

I have bowling for years. I now have both my daughters bowling with me. It's a fun night out. Unfortunately they have a bar and serve food so you can't bring anything in.

158 means I have completely screwed up my game. 😛

Been on a slider kick lately. You take a package of those Hawaiian rolls and slice them down the middle. Put the bottom slice in a pan, add meat, cheese, whatever, put top half on and brush with melted butter, garlic, whatever seasoning you want. Bake or cook in pellet smoker covered with foil at 400 for 20-25 minutes, remove cover and cook for 5. We've done ham-n-cheese, rubens, French dip, and last night, Cuban sammich sliders. Some leftover pulled pork, shaved ham, smoked swiss cheese, pickles, a Dijon mustard sauce, with melted butter, garlic, and everything but the bagel seasoning on top.

That one was a little life changing.

Last night I half split beer Brats, cut and layed inside pepper jack cheese, pre cooked bacon and rolled the bacon around them, on the grill until cheese was melted

The smoked al pastor for Mother's Day tacos was a hit.

Marinated from Friday night to Sunday morning...

Custom fabricated pan/skewer using a nasty old cookie sheet and an ejector pin I stole from work. And no, I'm not a professional welder. Just glad I didn't burn a hole in the pan...

Instead of just topping with a slice of pineapple, I sliced it up and layered the whole thing in with the meat. The pineapple might have been the best part.

Chicago style dogs and loaded tots on the Bullseye last night...

I think that I gained 10 pounds just looking at the food from the last few posts?
