Well you just can't can you.  That's why it wouldn't hurt my feelings to make it more difficult for morons like this to get a gun (and there are far too many of them), while somehow allowing responsible gun owners to have 100% of their rights.  When you can figure out how to do that you'll probably be as popular as the person who finally cures cancer. :D

Until then we'll just have to settle for idiots doing things like pointing guns at uber drivers backs (good thing that it didn't go off) while we wait for someone to figure this out.
I'll go back to being a conservative, when conservatives go back to being conservative.

And imagine the outrage had the driver been black and the passenger been white. There'd be protests immediately and everyone would know their names. But as far as I've seen it's crickets from the tards.

And nobody is defending that stupid cunt's right to own a firearm, especially with the good probability that she's drunk as well. She should lose every single bit of her rights immediately.

It's illegal for the military to induct anyone with an IQ lower than 83.

Exactly! Also how do you make an effective red flag law that cannot be abused by gov? It just isn't possible. What we can do though is enforce current laws. Every law needed to punish people that misuse firearms already exists. If the penalties are not steep enough to deter misuse then adjust the penalties.

And people think Minority Report is fiction... this Red Flag law business is EXACTLY what the framers of the constitution had in mind when they put Due Process in there... and Ex Post Facto as well. We SERIOUSLY need some rulings on Ex Post Facto laws in this country. Today I go to a store and buy an item. Tomorrow Congress issues an edict stating people that posess what was legal yesterday are now felons.

 COMPLETE bovine excrement.

Clearly there is ZERO deterrence anymore.

Sure it is. Same standard for military service as I mentioned above.
liberals head would explode if they couldn't discriminate against and fund raise based on race, anymore.

Forrest Gump and Full Metal Jacket were both shots at Mcnamara's Morons program of inducting 340,000 unqualified men, 5000+ of them getting killed in 'Nam.
Mcnamara and Margret Sanger have a special place in hell along with the democrats that implemented their pet projects.

So for most media coverage history starts at the most convenient mass shooting of the last 20 years.

But an interesting argument against recent constitutional revisionist, would be massacres that were every bit as prevalent in the days of our founding fathers if not more barbaric.

I still cannot believe that steaming pile of shit McNamara is buried in Arlington. He deserves to be buried in a landfill somewhere.

A lesser sin by a wide margin when compared to sending our special needs folks off to die in the jungle, he made Lockheed destroy all the tooling for the SR-71. Rat bastard. There was NO need for that.

Every group has it's token shitbird;
Looks like Robert J. Spitzer (if he actually even has a CCW which he seems to be alleging on a link on g-codes post) is the CCW holder's shitbird of record.

Our rights to have AND carry (concealed or otherwise) were codified in the 2nd Amendment to the US Constitution. That right wasn't granted by the government as if were a morsel of food a benevolent aristocrat would give to his subjects, no, it was a GOD GIVEN RIGHT recognized AND affirmed by the US Federal Government. There is a MASSIVE distinction there that the anti's just refuse to even acknowledge. They spout (moronically I might add) "but..., but... but... well regulated...". Get out a period dictionary and learn what those words meant in 1790. "but..., but..., but.... militia...". Yeah, you clearly need a lesson in BASIC US history because it is LONG overdue.

QuoteThe Constitution is not a living organism. It's a legal document, and it says what it says and doesn't say what it doesn't say.
Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia

There's A LOT of fear in this country. I've got 10's of millions of leftists that are afraid of their own shadows and are STILL wearing masks in my state. When a populace would rather gather around the boob tube and consume all the leftist propaganda and drivel the mainstream media is spewing instead of going out and actually living life... not much anyone can do for those sad sacks. Do yourself a favor. Turn off the nightly news. Read a good book. Read something from Thomas Sowell, Mike Rowe, or Peter Smid, or hey, get a hobby.

This fucking guy...

QuoteThe first time I chose to swear an oath to preserve, protect and defend the Constitution was in 1977, when I became a deputy sheriff in Leon County (Tallahassee), Florida. Each time I assumed a new responsibility in my 40-year career in law enforcement, I chose to swear that same oath.

I consider the Constitution and my allegiance to it sacred. But...
Cedric Alexander, MSNBC law enforcement analyst

You know what comes after but? Shit. Shit comes after it and out of it. Raw, smelly, sewage. Shut up and go herd some people into a rail car. If this was Germany in the 30's and 40's this is EXACTLY what he would be doing... and "... but..., but..., but..."-ing all the way home every night justifying and doing all the torturing of language he could muster so he can sleep at night. Thankfully, for every LE person like Cedric, there's over 80 that are more like us than him.
