An odor at Caney Creek High School on May 3 and 4 prompted evacuations, hospitalizations and extensive testing at the campus. Officials now believe the spray was the source.

Diego Flores, 18, and a boy, 17, were both charged with possession of a prohibited weapon, a third-degree felony, after authorities said they "intentionally or knowingly" possessed "a chemical dispensing device," according to court records. (The 17-year-old is not being identified because NBC News does not usually name minors charged with a crime.)

A strange odor at Caney Creek High School on May 3 and 4 prompted extensive testing of the campus' mechanical, ventilation and sewer systems. Multiple fire departments responded to the school, including Caney Creek Fire & Rescue, and determined that its air quality was safe and there was no odor in the building when it wasn't occupied by students, the school's principal, Jeff Stichler, said in a statement May 5.

FACT! Texas' Concealed Carry laws (where) are WAY MORE strict than the People's Republik of Kommieforniastan's... for the time being. But those steaming piles if shit in Excremento are looking to right that wrong. Even though you can count on ONE hand with fingers to spare when a CCW holder has done wrong.

FACT! More "professional" law enforcement officers have had bad shoots off duty than CCW holders have and there are more of us than there are of them.

Yeah... their CCW laws there are a shit show. Signage can be problematic too. One sign has legal teeth, the other is essentially a mere suggestion.

"Constitutional Carry" really isn't all  it's cracked up to be. There's so many limitations on it. It sure sounds cool though.

Who the hell goes to the hospital for smelling fart spray? Sure it's a heinous smell, but in no way does it warrant a hospital visit.
I'd like to see the ER nurse's reaction the snowflakes what came in and said they need to be admitted because they smelled a bad fart.

In a town about 15 miles from me the tradition on the last day of school is either shaving cream fights or squirt gun fights at a local park. The kids love it. It's been going on for decades.
Now, a senior is unable to participate in the graduation ceremony because he used a squirt gun filled with water.

For most of my wife's life she was super sensitive to smells. Perfume, cigars, cleaning products, etc. could all give her massive migraines, sometimes with vomiting and few rare trips to the hospital. She lost her smell when she got Covid and it has not returned to it's previous strength, actually a blessing for her.

Back in the late 90's we used to fart bomb each other here all the time.  The bombs came in a little bag and you had to break a little bubble inside. The bag would go for about 30 seconds and pop and it would take out an entire area of the shop.

By their standards, I'd have been in prison.
