I haven't. I've listened to a few podcasters try to explain it.  Depending on who you listen to, it's either total horse manure, or Trump is screwed. 

One of the independent journalists I listen to seems to think that the evidence is pretty damning. This particular journalists is left leaning but was 100% against the Russian collusion nonsense so I tend to believe them a little more than the 'just pick a side and stick with it' journalists.

James...he needs to win on 37 different counts...as I've said, if you've not read the indictment, you really should do so...if they nail him on just a single, he's gone for 10-20 years.....at this point, that's all but certain to happen...he "might" get a few of these tossed but it's pretty damning in the details.

I'm about half-way through. There's a lot to it. I'm not discounting the veracity/acvuracy of the evidence. Not st sll. But what I'm saying is every other living POTUS and a few living cabinet members have done exactly the same thing.

Read the verdict of Judicial Watch v. National Archives. In layman's terms it states a POTUS can do what they want how they want, and when they want with this stuff and should never even be questioned about it.

Now, was that a correct ruling? Well, considering POTUS has the power to Classify/Declassify I'd have to say precedent says yes.
