What I don't understand, is Trump knows that. It's not like it's some new revelation. It's been going on since 2016. Why would he intentionally put himself in the crosshairs? You'd think that he would do everything he could to cover his butt at this point.

If I'm driving the same way to work every day and get pulled over by the same cop for doing 5mph over the speed limit, I'm either going to go a different way, stop speeding, or both. I'm not going to just keep driving that same route doing 5mph over and saying "why am I the only one getting a ticket here"? 

For a guy who everyone keeps calling "an evil genius", I have my doubts.

I don't think that is correct...it covers, different people, different dates and different documents...possessing them isn't his biggest problem. The biggest problem was him sharing them with others. I think that's what is going to bite him the hardest.

No more/no less than any other POTUS or  Killary. I know, I know, I know... "they did it too" isn't a defense, and it's not, however, the fact remains, they did but he's  getting nailed for it...  

AND Judicial Watch v. National Archives IS precedent and THAT matters more than all those indictments.

He's being charged with violating a law that he signed into being.

If they were just in his possession I don't think this would have happened.
But he shouldn't have been showing classified documents to a reporter (allegedly) or anybody else that wasn't cleared with a need to know. It's like handing your enemy a gun and saying "here, shoot me".
