Biden is clearly not capable of running for reelection and serving another 4 years as President.

Dem primary voters will get a feel good courtesy vote, but will have zero say in who the 2024

Well being that Biden has already stated he will run again there is no race for other dems. I can't think of any other time the same party has competed against the incumbent.

We have 8 dems in our building and seven of them aren't voting for Joe. If that is half the approximate average there aren't enough dead voters to help Joe out.
