97 and 115 currently. Pool temp last night was 94.

I had to run an errand at lunch. The temp was between 105 and 108 depending on where I was.

This "heat dome" high pressure is causing the jet stream to circle up and around it; in doing so it's pulling storms along with it. 4 or 5 people in Michigan were killed by a possible tornado.
In Eastlake Ohio, where my daughter's family lives, my wife said she woke up in the middle of the night to lots of banging and crashing outside. Then the tornado sirens went off. She said this is what she expected in Oklahoma or Kansas, not Ohio.

Power was out all over and trees were down but no one was killed.

and now last night in northeast ohio, we had a 3.6 earthquake not far from where I live. The family was sitting
in the kitchen chatting when it hit. It wasn't strong enough for damage but definitely felt it..
