Does supporting the BLM riots of 2020 make you an insurrectionist? I don't think there is any denying that there were a lot more guns, fire and violence at the BLM riots than there were at the J6 event. There were more state and federal facilities attacked at the BLM riots than there were at the J6 event. It was more widespread than the J6 event. And some politicians donated funds to get the rioters out of prison so they could get back on the streets.

So I think that the 14th ammendment should be applied equally across the board to all who aided, abetted, and encouraged BLM protestors. and any plausible deniability phrases such as I support the peaceful protests, should be overlooked.

All I can say is that I sure hope his supporters are still donating to his legal fund.
I'll go back to being a conservative, when conservatives go back to being conservative.

voting machine scanning software can't recognize handwriting, even though everyone reading this has a supercomputer in their pants that can.

This is a bullshit ruling, no matter what side you are on. If the people were to decide that Hunter Biden belongs on a ballot, even with all his transgressions, I would support him being on the ballot. The people decide who gets on a ballot or not, not a court.

When a court in another country disqualifies a candidate, we say its not a democracy......

This is known as lawfare and it is becoming a common tactic used by the left to neutralize their enemies.

"I urge you to explore every legal option to remove Donald Trump from the 2024 California primary ballot."

She also thinks that he needs to be minimum 40 years old to run rather than 35.

So there's your marching orders, red states. You know what to do.
