And that's kinda my point. It's an opinion.  I think Joe is a dimwit and I think that Trump is a narcissist. Those are just my opinions and wouldn't likely do much good in court.

I know you're talking about a different double standard here, but regarding the classified document cases and the double standard, Trump was given the opportunity to turn the documents over.  The two cases are parallel until you look at the difference in how they reacted after were confronted with the fact that they had classified documents. I believe, and just my opinion, that Hur knows that he doesn't have a case because of that, and the commentary on Bidens mental capacity was his way to get some jabs in and stir up some shit for Biden.

I don't know if he has been diagnosed with anything. but you don't have to be a brain scientist (see what I did there) to see the downward trend. And whether or not he faked memory loss so as to make himself look more innocent to Hur or if he legit didn't know what years he was vice president, it must have been just a little too believable. He has been telling stories for a few years now of how his son lost his life in Iraq. That is just made-up BS, that he almost seems to believe his own lies, now. In fact if you listen to him tell stories about his life, he was in the middle of every important historical event since 1945. We have elected the Forest Gump of Delaware.

Trump is covered under the Presidential Records Act, period.

Biden had classified documents from the time he was a Senator, which is NOT ALLOWED, EVER.

Now, that said, I would not make an "Alzheimers" diagnosis. That is a complicated diagnosis and really, only an examinaing physician or his elder abusing wife, not that we'd get an honest diagnosis from her could accurately make that diagnosis. \

Dementia though... that's an easy one.
