I'm still pissed he stopped this and killed all those jobs. It becoming obvious this is just about paying back the Green Energy folks who donated to Biden. Even his own people say cutting our emissions to zero won't change a thing on climate

No way.
In fact, there are anecdotal accounts about his staff learning quickly that if they brought ANYTHING for him to sign, they had better be well versed on the details of the document, and they had better be prepared to answer any of his questions.  I think that came from Trump's decades of business experience, and his reflexive habit of NEVER signing anything until he knew all of the details and had all of his questions answered.
