I used one of the generic machines in TopSolid and changed it to fit.  

I can post a video of the simulation Monday.  It might make mastercammers jealous.

Several years back we purchased one of those 5 axis KME 4 platter tomstones.  I worked on trying to get something from MC that would allow me to program the 4 platters and simulate in MC.  

The suggestion was 3rd party software and a $2000 dollar post.  

I was able to program this thing in TopSolid with a 2 axis mill license and had full machine simulation with no special post required.

This was just a sample part that J (who is no longer with ts) did for me to prove that it would work with our license.

That's reallly cool!!!!!!!!
So did you have to build the tombstone in an editor to do that?

I was able to get a tomstone model from KME.  The machine model came from Mori - this is with all of the housing blanked out.

That video shows how nice the stock awareness is in TS.  All of their 2d tool paths are completely stock aware so there are no air cuts.

Me Fuel Rails for a race team, Main Body for a Rocket, Low Pressure Oxidizer Pump Housing for a different Rocket Company, Missile components along with trying to build a VMC for a customer in Vericut along with a Machinesim model for Mastercam. Our group is working on Housing for some large device out of Billet, and Truck body components. Quoiting several other projects and see if we can land them. Other than that a slow day.
