They have more than enough evidence. The corrupt DOJ is sitting on it.
The video of Biden bragging about destroying a prosecutor is in the public domain as are
many of Hunter's drug addled raving from his laptop.
You may recall during the 2020 election cycle, 60+ big shots from all Federal .gov law enforcement agencies signed a statement stating that Hunter's laptop was a forged "Russian Disinformation" plant.

It has since been proven conclusively that the laptop and it's information is genuine.
That is blindingly obvious evidence of a coverup at the highest levels of government.

He said No
He was then asked if he would retract his signature.
He said No.

The House has actually been investigating the contents of the laptop for quite some time, so there is a boatload of evidence against the Bidens ON THE CONGRESSIONAL RECORD.
(No, I'm not going to do your homework for you, but it's there.)

The problem is that at the end of the day all the Legislative Branch can do is recommend prosecution to the Executive Branch, i.e., the DoJ, and we all know Merrick Garland will simply put on HIS weapons-grade rose colored glasses and just completely ignore the case made by the House.

If Trump gets elected that may change, but I doubt it.
He has already stated that success will be his revenge, so we will have to wait and see.
