I wonder if Smit could admit that if Trump did such a sit down with state supported / corporate media that:
1. most all the the questions would carefully crafted to challenge or paint them in the most negative light
2. only the worst interactions would be on heavy rotation.


I'm not watching it but i'm curious if the interviewers were curious enough to get 'heels-up' harris' reaction to the most serious news of the day on a former potus and front runner almost getting assassinated?

Fair enough. I'd say there might be enough editorial discretion in days gone by with particular hosts a friendly one could be found. There would have been a big diff between Hannity and Chris (many fine people) Wallace. I haven't watched state run media in years.

But yet he goes on any media outlet that will have him and will have a discussion with any reporter they give him. Kammy hasn't sat down with Fox or any other media outlet that will actually grill her. Instead they grovel at her feet.
