I did a search and found at least 25 articles covering this.  Obviously none of them are going to have "Jesse Watters" angle.

I don't know what drugs, they weren't specified.
They initially refused to hand over bodycam footage and mugshot. But they have to provide that for the court, that footage shows he was hammered.
