No, it shouldn't matter, but the rest of the Watters piece made political connections that if true, SHOULD matter, and makes the timing of it awfully convenient for one side.

We know that CNN's Dana Bash was asking Harris questions and giving her multiple choice answers to pick from, in direct contrast to the interview she asked JD Vance.

We know that Disney executive Dana Walden is one of Harris' best friends and introduced her to Doug Emhoff, that ABC is under her responsibilty within the company and that in 2023, she has donated $20,000 to the Biden campaign which is now the Harris campaign. so, yeah, actively helping Harris' campaign.

If true then CBS and CNN likely were helping Harris.

As far as donating money to campaigns, everybody does that and nothing wrong with it. Rupert Murdoch donated more than $100 million in 2020 to his favorite political causes. Hint: None were democrats.
