Congrats LA you now have a location for 2028!!

Unless one has been there, one cannot appreciate the enormity of "Los Angeles".

It is essentially 100 miles long and 60 miles wide and 10's of millions of people with a few patches of national forest (Angeles, San Bernardino, Cleveland) thrown in to break up the concrete.

I always knew how big LA is. At one time it was the largest land acreage. I think the Jacksonville area overtook it.

Shit Del I lived there for a Bit , and it's still growing.

I have no Clue at this time How Big it is.

P.S. all of these Fires used to be outside of L.A.  Waaaay out side.

Pasadena and Alta Dena were way out of the Loop.

Shit we were 60 miles away. Now they are included.

well, all the different cities grew together into one metropolitan shithole. That's what I've seen in the timeframe when gcode arrived when there was an orange brown cloud of tetraethtle lead  hanging over it

Nope... the fire did not remove any acreage. The volcano OTOH... the one that erases ALL tailpipe emissions gains for 5 years in a single eruption.... but I digress... :coffee: Grows Hawaii a few acres at a time. That's some REAL GloWbaLl waRmInG. :coffee:
