I'm trying to distill some stuff down because it's wordy. I spend a lot of time in various legal libraries. Cornell Law being the usual spot.

So far, he has not violated the Constitution. Of all the people that are part of the Trump Team, Vivek Ramaswanny (sp?) had the best handle on what was legal, along with the how and why, and he could cite U.S.C.

Why people think he has is because their understanding of which branch is responsible for what is/has become distorted. In fairness, understandably so.

For the better part of a century we have been operating that way. Because he's doing things differently than what people recall "can" be done, he gets painted with the unconstitutional brush.

Is he going up to the line in cases? Sure. The bureaucratic cleptocracy has left We The People no choice but to go full tilt against them.
