I'm a charcoal convert.  Had gas grills in the past, I just love the charcoal fire and taste.   Hoping to invest in one of them new fenagled pellet smokers to be like Greg lol.
I have a large Primo Ceramic grill, just can't quite "smoke" with it IMHO.

Good to see you, Doug!  Hope you've been doing well.

I'm eating a salad in your honor right now.  But there is chicken on it.  :D
I'll go back to being a conservative, when conservatives go back to being conservative.

We did a 12Lb bone in pork shoulder on the smoker for dinner. I put it on last night around midnight and at 4:30 PM today I took it off the smoker.

7 Pound prime rib for dinner yesterday. Sorry, no after pics. Things got exciting when I threw it on the little grill to sear it. Who knew you could have 4 feet of flames shooting out of a pellet grill? I was all good in the end. Perfect medium rare. And arm hair and eyebrows grow back...

Did a Pork Butt on Sunday. I used my trusty Weber kettle (the best cooker).
