Any first year law student, or even someone with common sense, should be able to smack down justice Jackson. Don't be distracted by this and forget that Barret sides with libs 20%+ of the time. Often is is in the minority decision so it flies under the radar. If one SCOTUS seat was to flip and change the 6-3 conservative lean to 5-4, Barrett would be the swing vote, giving the libs considerably more wins.
