I'm off maintenence at the end of the year and I'm still on 2025. I don't see myself even looking at these paths because of the connect issue. If topsolid cannot do what I want in the full 5ax world I will probably bring on hypermill to fill the gap. I guess this will be an end of an era for me, I have been using mastercam since 2010.

You're a newbie I worked with Mastercam from 1993 or 4, or thereabouts. My first version was 4.11 (that is DOS), and my last version was 2019. Inbetween, I was the local technical support rep, working on contract with the reseller. I got to know the application, and its post processors, very well.

For a brief time, around 2000, I dabbled with NX for about eighteen months (when it was still Unigraphics), and again about 10 years ago. Could never gel with NX, and I was against integrated CAD/CAM systems, as I was still flying the Mastercam flag.

Nowadays, I wouldn't be without full integrated CAD/CAM. The workflow is just that much easier, and flexible.

All toolpaths will continue to backplot, verify, post, etc, but you'd be unable to modify the parameters. There's no "Connect produced" flag, if you will- it's simply a check against maintenance status. Every license of Mastercam from Mill Entry on up would have access to EverPath, and also the HLE/Demo versions. Following convention of the existing HST toolpaths, even Mill 2D licenses will have access, but will be restricted to single face selections.

A new way to view and search the tool library in EverPath toolpaths, not a new tool library. I'm sensitive to a few friction points with tool selection in current toolpaths- small size, not resizeable, not easily searchable, no visual of what you selected, unclear boundaries between editing something that affects only the active toolpath vs editing something that affects all toolpaths using that tool (I'm looking at you, tool offset #'s and dia #'s.) So this was a lot of changes to try to address all those. We've added some buttons to that tool tab and made some minor language tweaks based on feedback from Technical Preview from Jstell and others, but still listening for more opinions.

Some of the things that make the experience a leap in more than just "put UI into panels" are coming alive now, with the constant and incremental toolpath recalculation bits in PB1. Toolpaths must be built from the ground-up to take advantage of this, multithreading, GPU calc, so it makes more sense for some toolpaths to target before others, but it's fair to say that we want to ensure that the UI is standardized around this when we introduce or rework toolpaths down the line.
