the solid model for this one is not available yet, but the notes say "coming soon".
This video cleared up a lot of issues for me
I've spend a substantial amount of time with multiaxis pocket and auto 3+2 without
getting useable toolpaths.
I am looking forward to applying what I learned from this video on a new project

I like his videos too but sometimes it's hard to hear because of his accent.
Anyone know the accent? It kinda sounds Scottish but I'm probably way off.

I would guess somewhere in the UK
They have as many (or maybe more) regional accents than the US
Maybe Newbee could help us with this ... where has he been anyway
He hasn't been around much lately

I am guessing Middle East, possibly Israel.

I'm wondering if he's someone that's just producing great vids in his own time?

at the end of one he states that he is doing these videos on his own time to pass on skills to the next generation and that some people are trying to sell his models and videos and not to buy anything

Quote from: Newbeeee™ post_id=14519 time=1629290181 user_id=157His pronunciation sounds like French but has lived in Scotland for a long long time.
So he doesn't have full pronunciation of some letters/word, but a real heavy (Scottish) accent.

That's what I suspected. Especially the way he pronounces "two". Kind of French, but kind of Scottish.
The only reason I brought this up is because I recently heard an interview with Gerard Butler and that is sort of how he pronounces some words and it reminded me of him.

Either way I like his videos, but I wish he wouldn't mumble a lot of the time. If you're wearing a headset it's fine but if you're watching it on the tv it's hard to hear.

hmm, roughing that side radial pocket with a bullnose? without a lead angle it's gonna heal out. I get the concept but it's always a simple part. I have highly complex 5 axis pockets inside a canoe shaped part with uneven ceiling and floor faces. I'll stick with morph with tilt control.
