he was dragging a veteran woman police officer. She shouted Taser Taser Taser,
then pulled her sidearm by mistake and fired one round, killing him instantly

That was in Brooklyn Center MN. The Kenosha Wisconsin riots had to do with the shooting of Jacob Blake who was wanted for Sexual Assault. The cop shot him 7 times in the back as he reached back into his vehicle.

The gun charge is OUT.

Even though it was only a misdemeanor, that's a huge win. The prosecution and the media have made a HUGE deal about him breaking the law just by being there with an 'illegal' weapon.

With the curfew charge and now the gun charge dismissed, he was legal to be there and legal to have the weapon.

I saw an article Friday that was saying the DA was now focusing on those lesser charges because they knew their case for murder was a slim chance.
