And the only things I know about Tucker are what you post here.  :harhar:

I'd love for Lemon to take Tuckers spot and vice versa with each switching sides in their opinions.

It would match the insanity of today.

Most people forget that Tucker started at CNN.
It didn't take long for his conservative viewpoint to get him booted out, but he was there for a bit.

Tucker Carlson worked at both MSNBC and CNN before he found his niche at Fox.

He'll have whatever viewpoint he's paid to have.

I think he was the 'token' conservative with the funny bowtie that people made fun of back in his CNN and MSNBC days, but you can think whatever you like.

Much like Fox News has Juan Williams and Geraldo Rivera as their 'token' liberals.

None of these networks give us 'news' anymore.
They all give us their opinion of news events, and they will almost always include one dissenting voice who can be shouted down just to 'prove' the 'other side' has it completely wrong.

Unfortunately, that's the model that gets the best ratings, so that's what they will all continue to do.

There you go again, proving you know more about Tucker than most. Thanks for the insight!

I don't know if they are getting the ratings anymore or not
I used to DVR the Fox evening news and watch it every week night
First Bret Hume, then Shepard Smith
I never care for or watched Hannity or O'Reilly
Now I can't stomach 5 minutes of any of it.

I think he wanted to be a real journalist at first but you can think what you like.  :turned:

Regardless, he adapted to being a TV entertainer who was able to capture a very large audience and did very well for himself on Fox. I'm sure he'll move to an even further right site and take a large part of his audience with him.

It's hard for me to imagine people still want to hear his shit after he uses the defense nobody serious would believe him in a court of law but there you go.

Jon? Anything to say about that?
