Del.

I'd give him a 2 stroke penalty for grounding his car in a hazard and move on.

QuoteLOUISVILLE, Ky. (AP) — Two-time Masters champion Scottie Scheffler was arrested after police say he dragged an officer while trying to get around the scene of a fatal accident Friday ahead of the second round of the PGA Championship.

The 27-year-old Scheffler, the world's No. 1-ranked golfer, was attempting to get to Valhalla Golf Club outside Louisville, Kentucky, around 6 a.m. when police say he illegally bypassed the scene of an accident where a pedestrian was killed.

Scheffler was charged with multiple counts, including second-degree assault of a police officer and reckless driving. He was booked and had his mugshot taken before being released. Scheffler has called the chain of events a "big misunderstanding."

He returned to Valhalla in time for his 10:08 a.m. tee time. Scheffler received a loud ovation from fans when he was introduced, then birdied his first hole of the day, the par-5 10th.

He said this was just a big misunderstanding Jeff  ;D    Also, how or WTF was an officer "attached" to his car, I mean who does that lol

The ESPN announcers were on heavy damage control. It was sickening.
Scottie is such a nice guy he would never do such a thing.
He's so deeply rooted in his faith. <---- this one irritates the fuck out of me, like just because he's religious he would never do anything wrong? STFU.

Then, on Sunday the fucking dumbass CEO of the PGA goes on national television to do even more damage control and regurgitate more verbal diarhea about the incident and how great of a person Scottie is, blah blah blah.

lol not really. I just hate when something is being forced upon the fans. And S.S. as the face of golf and this messiah who is "the perfect human being" is fake. The PGA is trying SO hard to bring in revenue since Tiger is near the end of his career and the $ isn't what it used to be when he was on top of his game.

I'm just not buying it.

One would think if the story was true it would help bring in the felon demographic from the NBA/NFL?  :cheer:

I feel bad for Colin Morikawa.
The man played an awesome round but couldn't drop a birdie until the 18th hole, it cost him the win.
he had SO many birdie puts that lipped out or just missed by a fraction.
1 bogey and 1 birdie ending up 6 back from the leader.

Oh and I'm not a fan of Xander Schauffle either. He has a stupid first name. But he played his ass off Sunday.
