I thought the moderators did well by staying out of it.

I thought once or twice that Biden was going to lunge at Trump.

Trump was prepared.

There were a few times I expected him to just pull out a "FOR FUCKS SAKE". I have to hand it to him.

With no crowd winding him up he pretty much stayed on script.

Yeah I thought that too.

I don't want to bash someone because age has caught up with him but we have to have a President who can speak clearly.

If I were Russia, China or North Korea I would attack now.

Who knows what happened that we never saw.

The big money Dem donors and party big wigs are freaking right now.
I suspect Obama will be taking Joe for a walk this weekend and tell him it's time to take well earned rest.

Biden doesn't actually get to decide if he bows out. He is so compromised from his massive career of graft and corruption that he can't bow out until they (Chinese gov/elites) are satisfied with his replacement. That's why Kamala is still his VP. She is just as corrupt and is fully on board with the plan. If she was even remotely electable they would have had him step down a while ago. IMO their plan is to fraud their way through the election and then he will step down and she will take over taking orders from his handlers.

IMO, there is a divide in the dem party. Biden is a corrupt crime family head. He couldn't care less about most of the progressive issues beyond how they can be used to gain power and money for him and his handlers. The media and general Dem politicians are far more idealistic. They actually believe in socialism and their progressive BS. Come Nov, we will know who is winning that battle.

I watched about an hour of it. Surprisingly they did a decent job. We all expected it to be like previous debates, one sided, etc...

Watched a 3 minute video of the highlights this morning. That was plenty enough for me.

I agree Trump seemed much more "put together", it was almost strange. A handful of the highlights was just Biden stumbling over his words so bad you couldn't understand him.

I'm not saying I like Trump, but it seems like the country was in much better shape when he was POTUS than it is currently. Though you can put some of the blame on the pandemic.
