Back to the DoD Budget...

This is why we want a guy like Pete Hegseth as SECDEF.
He is NOT part of the corrupt structure that already exists and is clearly not working.

As a political outsider who was also a decorated Infantry Officer, he can look at the budget issues that led to SEVEN failed audits as a military exercise, conduct an after-action-review, declare that outcome unacceptable (NOGO), and apply corrective action, all without any political baggage to weigh him down.

It's win / win no matter how we slice it.

That's why the political left and the media (one in the same) are trying sooooooo desperately to derail his confirmation.

The 'powers-that-be' don't want their almost unlimited supply of taxpayer dollars to be tampered with, yet the American people who PAY those taxes have clearly called for a change in the way our money is spent, or AT LEAST some accountability as far as the Defense budget.

It will be interesting to see how this all plays out...

I'm sorry newb, You'll have to forgive me if I take someone who pushed the conspiracy that there was an alien named "Valiant Thor" working for the Federal Government with a grain of salt. 

The guy was a bit of a cook and was known to have lied about a lot of things. He was popular in the alien community, that's for sure.

We'll agree to disagree here James. My reading says the separate 3x obelisks are the real controllers of the world, controlling land, sea and monetary.
Example is city of London formally separated in 1688 with its separate charter, Gov, Police and laws....and keeping the Queen/King out unless they are invited in....and it looks like they've financed both sides of most wars for a long time....

What interests me, was his claims regarding the tunnel boring machines.
I have no idea if true or not, but love the fact Elon now "owns" a tunnelling company

And that's part of the problem.

The old, "This is the way we've always done it" excuse doesn't cut it anymore.

Yes, there will always be classified R&D Defense projects, and rightfully so.
But that doesn't mean that there should be ZERO accountability for them as there always was in the past.

Creating and funding a 'Classified R&D Projects' budget item within the overall DoD budget structure can at least provide an accountability mechanism for those tax dollars without compromising national security. 

Select Congressional committees could have access to sensitive details on a need-to-know basis for the purpose of oversight, which is not perfect, but far better than just siphoning off billions of taxpayer dollars into a black hole with zero accountability.
