That warming wasn't caused by fossil fuels. I'm sure you heard how they are monitoring cow farts for methane emissions? Just imagine the collective emissions from all of those dinosaurs farting for 165 million years. I'm no scientist but I would bet good money that a brontosaurus fart could melt a few glaciers.
