Very sad.
This virus doesn't care if people are republican, democrat or apolitical... everyone is at risk if they don't have a plan.
China should be sanctioned for the pain it has caused the world.

I'll go back to being a conservative, when conservatives go back to being conservative.

Quote from: Reko post_id=1340 time=1609246421 user_id=59No Super Gonorrhea here... but the shop I work at has had 2 cases of the China virus... one guy is quarantining right now.

I haven't changed my routine much.

I still feel safe.

Fuk masks, I rarely wear them... we celebrated Thanksgiving and Christmas normally... my daughter used my house for her baby shower and had about 20-25 people over.

Fuk this China virus... and if I'm wrong... put it on my tombstone.

Big government isn't taking my life away from me.

I'd rather go down swinging.

^ there's the idiotic me first attitude that has America screwing this up.

I honestly hope you get it - so you can look a nurse in the eyes, gasping around the oxygen tube while you try and tell her it's the free market and you're happy.

Yeah, typical liberal... wishing bad things for others.

A guy I work with got it... he wears masks religiously. He said he has no idea how he got it.

Give me your brilliant idea on how he got it... and how I, a person that almost never wears a mask has avoided it?

BTW... you're a sick puppy for dreaming up an oxygen tube scenario like that... frickin' sicko.

Tell us again how your personal experience outweighs the opinion of medical professionals & statistics.

I didn't have to dream up the scenario - nurses have repeatedly mentioned in the press how they have 'deniers' who suddenly change their tune when they're being intubated.

You want to put yourself at risk fine, but you're putting others at risk as well, your 'freedom' is encroaching on the freedom of others. That's great that you haven't been sick - there are other people in this world that have health problems THEY didn't ask for, and they deserve to be protected from idiots like you.

I can only hope that when you get covid it affects your brain in a positive way.

My almost 2-year old son has had a 102ish fever for a couple days.  Tested yesterday before 9am, had results by 3pm.  Negative for Covid, influenza A&B, and RSV.   Some other virus is kicking his butt.

Hoping all goes well for your little boy, marshal.

Sorry for your loss, HTM01.

What saddened me most was the reports of people angrily denying as they died, saying Trump told them it was a hoax, until their last breath.

Sorry for your loss HTM01. That just sucks.

Marshal, when my daughter was very young she had the flu with a temperature of 105. Freaked me the fk out. The nurses didn't seem too concerned about it though, I guess it's not unusual or too dangerous for young children.

oh yeah, this is my 3rd kid, so we've learned what they can tolerate.  Our first had RSV when she was less than a year and spent a couple days in the hospital.  Usually tylenol or motrin will bring it down a bit, and it hasn't, so it was worth a quick visit to the Dr this morning.
